How fast can I get started?
We've seen apps integrate Helium in an hour or two, then submit a build. If you have more paywall entrypoints, or complex analytics setup this this might take a bit longer (few days).
How are you different than Superwall?
Superwall is a fully manual editor, often taking hours to set up paywalls, and making more performant paywalls (interactive demos, many-page flows) nearly impossible. Our AI paywall editor makes all of this just a prompt away.
How are you different than RevenueCat?
Many of our customers use RevenueCat for subscription management, but their paywall product is fairly bare-bones. Apps we work with quickly hit the limits of what's possible when trying to create multi-page, interactive paywalls, or set up targeting and experimentation.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion is any paywall success event, including trial starts or a direct purchase.
Do you bill for trial renewals or existing revenue?
No. Helium only charges on the initial converison, and does not bill for when trials convert or any renewals.
Will you help me figure out what to test?
Sure! On our Growth plan, we'll create a Slack channel and help you set up experiments we've seen work. On our Indie tier, you can always use one of our high-performing templates or reach out for inspiration.
