1. Information You Provide to Us
We may collect your name, email address, username, password, IP address, and other information you directly give us on our Products and Services, including when we send you marketing communications, promotions, or information about new features.
You may need to enter Personally Identifiable Information (PII) while accessing and using our Products and Services. PII is captured when a visitor accesses the Products and Services, or speaks with a Helium employee, and willingly discloses that information (e.g., during registration, transactions, customer-service calls, surveys, or content submissions).

Demographic Data (your IP address)
Communications. We may monitor and record communications between you and our employees for support, training, and quality-assurance purposes. We also receive confirmation when you open or click content in our emails.
Testimonials and Reviews. With your consent, we may display customer testimonials or reviews. To update or delete one, email support@helium.com.
2. Information We Automatically Collect
Traffic Data. Our site is hosted by Framer and uses Google Analytics, both of which may collect information about your browser, network, device, referring pages, and IP address, as well as usage details (clicks, pages visited, scrolling, timestamps). We share this depersonalized data with Framer and Google Analytics for site analytics and platform improvement.
Cookies. This site uses necessary cookies (always active) plus analytics and performance cookies to measure traffic and activity. See Framer's cookie list for details.
Web-Form Submissions. Data you send via web forms is stored so we can track and respond to your request and is shared with Framer and other data partners for site operations. Do not submit sensitive personal information via our web forms.
Newsletter Subscriptions. If you join our waitlist or newsletter, we may send you emails (you can unsubscribe via the link in any message). We share your contact details with Framer and other service providers, solely to deliver these messages.

Children’s Privacy
Our Products and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we discover such information, we delete it as required by COPPA. We also do not knowingly process data of EU residents under 16 without parental consent.
